I've spent the last 13 years inside Lifeway Christian Resources — one of the largest faith-based publishers in the country — leading UX research that shapes how millions of Christians discover, purchase, and engage with discipleship resources.

Before that, I spent 15 years in design, development, and web leadership, including managing the Tennessee state web portal and working in government and defense contracting. I understand how research works inside real organizations, not just in theory.

Now through Transformed Works, I bring that depth to organizations who need senior research leadership but aren't ready — or resourced — for a full-time hire. I specialize in audiences that most agencies don't understand: Christians, church leaders, ministry workers, and the communities they serve.
